IT Analyst with Dutch language!
The ideal candidate has excellent Dutch knowledge, good command of English, also interest and/or experience in working in the technical field. As a person she /he is customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of both customer satisfaction and query resolution.
By joining a multinational company you would get the necessary training to do your job properly. The job itself consists of answering calls and e-mails by solving technical problems of customers from the country their language you speak. After some experience in the role you can apply for various positions internally in different career paths like Quality, Coaching and Training, Team Leader, IT and Business Analyst.
