Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known company in dairy industry in Bulgaria, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Production Supervisor for Cheese Sector- Bulgaria

Job Description
- Supervises and coordinates workers engaged in the production of cheese, according to the production plan, while ensuring all aspects of production are handled at the highest level of quality.
- Continually seeks ways to eliminate waste and tries to achieve cost savings.
- Holds responsibility for the maintenance of products’ quality produced at the facility - observing production rules, instructions, yields.
- Trains employees in work methods and procedures.
- Drives training and coaching to ensure compliance with Safety standards, GPM and HACCP.
- Ensures that all routine functions and mandatory paperwork are performed accurately and completed at the required frequencies.
- Examines samples of products, orders changes in cooking temperature and oversees recipe use

Candidate Profile
- Degree ideally in Food Technology, Agriculture Crop Production and Rural Environment or equal
- At least 5 (five) years of working experience in cheese production
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Bulgarian will be a plus
- PC literate
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and sampling requirements will be a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Advanced organizational skills
- Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations
