About the Role
Reports to Continental Europe Supply Chain Director, covering the supply chain agenda for Italy and Greece.
Key areas of focus
- Responsible for full end to end COGS and are seen as a key point of contact for the business
- Responsible for the End to End OTC process in-country
- Delivery of key KPI’s (Case fill, OTIFNE, Sales Forecast Accuracy, Inventory targets, cost)
- Key member of the executive team for continental Europe and the European Supply Chain leadership team
- Managing the customer base to deliver Diageo competitive advantage
- Driving opportunities to reduce Cost of Goods and cost to serve for Diageo year on year
- Developing and implementing long term goals in order to ensure efficiency of Supply Chain
- Work with the in-country leadership teams to create a platform for team success and ownership of Supply Chain
- Leading a team of leaders, that manage demand planners, master data coordinators, customer distribution team and also customer supply/collaboration leads across two geographies/countries
- Ensuring that the Cash, Cost & Service objectives set by the organization are met properly.
