Duties / Tasks:
- The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage ongoing business relationships with the Company’s major customers/accounts and partners in accordance with the agreed business plans, carrying out direct marketing and sales activities to help the Business grow, manage IT consultants offering their services within the customers/accounts in discussion.
Specific Requirements:
- University degree in Business Studies and / or IT and / or other relevant Engineering disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B IT services account management/ sales lifecycle;
- Experience in a staff supervisory position and/or in HR management and recruitment;
- Excellent oral and written communication ability in English and good working level of French is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, CRM and Internet use.
