Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate projects utilizing basic project management and structured project management skills.
- Evaluate machine capabilities and recommend upgrades, repairs, replacements and rebuilds.
- Conduct new machine and machine rebuild runoffs.
- Work with business unit teams to develop goals and objectives for that area.
- Implement cost savings ideas.
- Evaluate process performance and recommend improvements for quality.
- Develop solutions related to safety requirements of processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot of equipment and process problems.
- Optimize performance of equipment through data recording of machinery downtime
- Ability to organize maintenance activities plan based on manufacturers manuals
- Organize Preventive and reactive maintenance planning and execution.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, from an accredited university
- 8-10 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
- Technical knowledge in machine function, processes and control systems
- Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills
- Willing to relocate to Libya
