HR 2020, on behalf of a client, are currently seeking for an Administrative Assistant to support two executive officers in a fast-growing company based in Drama.
Administrative Assistant (Full Time, based in Drama)
Main Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule appointments;
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
• Develop and maintain a filing system;
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures;
• Manage travel itineraries;
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners;
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings;
• Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing
information; and initiating telecommunications;
• Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software;
Requirements:
• University degree;
• Proven working experience in executive or similar administrative roles;
• Excellent Greek and English communication skills(oral and written);
• Excellent use of MS Office;
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills with approachable, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude;
• Discretion and confidentiality;
• Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person);
