Training seminar Play On II will mainly focus on the theme of partnership in European youth projects.
Seminar participants will be able to reflect their partnership experiences, exchange them with others and develop further competencies to build and maintain meaningful partnerships.

This training seminar is addressed to people directly working with youth using international projects and partnerships as means of achieving educational goals.
TARGET GROUP:
This seminar is designed for people working daily and directly with youth in governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Participants are expected to have at least intermediate knowledge about Erasmus+: Youth
Programme and have experience in leading at least two projects in the frame of Key Action 1 (youth exchange, EVS, training and networking).
Prior experiences of gamification is not required, however welcomed.
Participants should be older than 18 and be able to communicate in English at the sufficient level.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES:
The main aim of this seminar is to create opportunities for participants to develop competences to engage into meaningful partnerships for international youth projects.
Sub-goal of this activity is to explore and experience gamification as a way to improve
engagement.
Specific objectives. For participants this seminar will offer opportunities to:
● Explore the meaning of good partnership through reflection and peer sharing;
● Learn how partnership works by practicing and developing competences for cooperation;
● Try and learn the tools that are useful to build, maintain and evaluate international partnerships;
● Explore and experience gamification by understanding this concept and its potential for youth work;
● Get informed about Erasmus+ opportunities and exchanges ideas for future partnerships.
