KSMC Laboratories, is looking to hire an “E-Shop Administrator & Customer Care Officer” for its branch in Serres, Central Macedonia.
Responsibilities-Tasks:
- Manage the product catalogue on e-Shop & Company Website
- Check the proper functioning of the e shop (Magento) and CRM (Zoho) systems
- Liaise with Design team on product images
- Updating the warehouse stock
- Manage any issues that arise on the e-Shop & Company Website – raise tickets and follow up with web developers until resolution
- Manage social media and Google Business
- Sales & market trends monitoring
- Build, test and deploy sales, marketing and newsletter campaigns
- Provide general customer support
Education-Experience & Qualities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent English knowledge
- Being familiar with social media Management
- Experience with CRM and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Organized - able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Forward thinking and able to make improvement recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills – capable of working closely with many different areas within the business
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of French language will be appreciated
