The YOUTHShare project organises an Open Event and Colloquium/ Mini Conference to mark its 4 years of implementation.
At the inspring Medieval Town of Rhodes, Greece, and more specifically at the Hospice of St Catherine, two days of intensive and thought-provoking discussion will elucidate from various points of view the phenomenon of young NEETs (Not in Employment, Education or Training) in the European South, as well as the lack of solid policies addressing it.
An audience comprising academic, politicians, and practitioners in social intervention projects will allow the critical assessment of the scientific results of the YOUTHShare project, vis-a-vis the results from other projects, and the commencement of a discussion focusing on the deeper reasons that cause the NEET phenomenon.
