This staff vacancy concerns an administrative placement as assistant to the Ambassador. The duties of the position involve: providing executive support
to the Ambassador’s office, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas, official communication with Ministries, Diplomatic
Missions and governmental authorities, as well as support to various departments as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek language (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy
- Multitasking skills
Desirable qualifications:
- Excellent administration skills
- Experience in or knowledge of etiquette/ protocol
- Knowledge of Arabic language would be considered an additional advantage
- Enthusiastic personality
