Software and Hardware Engineers at TELETEL (Athens)

TELETEL SA, a leading company specializing in the aerospace and defense sectors in Europe & worldwide, is seeking for sharp, disciplined, and highly motivated software and hardware engineers to get involved with highly challenging product development and integration tasks in the aerospace domain.

Position 1: Software Engineer
The basic skills that the ideal candidates should have, are:
• University degree
• Experience with C, C++ or experience with .NET C# / Java
• Excellent working knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of software development standards and practices
• Be able to follow software requirements as well as to design, build and maintain efficient and reliable code

Extra skills that will be considered as an advantage are:
• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience with aerospace on-board communications (MIL-STD-1553, Spacewire, SpaceFibre, CAN, TTEthernet, TSN, etc.)
• Experience/familiar with drivers coding in Windows / Linux environments
• Experience with aerospace software development standards and practices (ECSS Cat.D or Cat.B equivalent)

Position 2: Hardware Engineer
The basic skills that the ideal candidates should have, are:
• University degree
• Experience with VHDL or Verilog design, development and verification
• Understanding/experience with communication protocols development in FPGAs
• Background in embedded systems, computer architecture or operating systems
• Excellent working knowledge of the English language

Extra skills that will be considered as an advantage are:
• Experience in the development of high speed printed circuit boards, signal integrity/EMC issues
• Understanding of analog electronics
• Experience with aerospace on-board communications (MIL-STD-1553, CAN, FlexRay, AFDX, TTEthernet, etc.)
• Experience with development standards and practices
