Training Course: "Design the life you love"

The aim of the Training course is to develop the creative competencies of 24 European youth workers to equip them with the tools to enhance the employability of the youth they serve.
This project is design to meet the following objectives:
1. increase knowladge as to what creativity actually is, who is creative (everyone, not just artists), and how to unleash their creative potential for their own professional lives and young peoples’ professional futures.
2. develop skills to overcome fear, embrace creativity, unblock creative potential for professional development, formulate goals for professional future.
3. increase awareness of the importance of creativity for professional future and employability, and recognize that creativity is more than just using the arts.
