One (1) Postdoctoral researcher, Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser (IESL)

The Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser (IESL) of the Foundation for research and Technology Hellas (FORTH), in the frame of the project NFFA, funded under H202-E.U.1.4.1.2, is seeking to recruit one post-doctoral researcher.

Job Description
The purpose of the project is the development of neuronal, glial and neural stem cells 3D culture systems on biomaterial scaffolds. The functionalized hierarchical scaffolds will be fabricated by ultrafast direct laser writing with high-resolution control at micro and nanoscale.

Required qualifications
· PhD in the field of Neuroscience
· Experience in neuron cells and neuron stem cells cultures
· Publications related to the Job Description and presentations in conferences

Additional desirable qualifications
· Bachelor in Life Sciences
· MS. C. in in Life Sciences
· Excellent knowledge of English (competence in speaking and writing)

Location: IESL-FORTH, Heraklion Crete GREECE
Start Date: 15th of October, 2015
Project Duration: 3 Months
