Head of Tool Shop (Plastic Molds) in F.Y.R.O.M.

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the field of electro-mechanical and electronic switches and switching systems. Their products are used by many well-known automobile manufacturers.

For the new established plant in F.Y.R.O.M., we are looking for a professional to lead the segment of Tool shop (plastic molds).

The areas of your responsibility are: Supervising the maintenance/cleaning of injection molds, switching rebuilding to other versions, dealing with hot runner molds, using the metal cutting machines: milling, ¬flat grinding, sink spark eroding, handling and correcting errors, optimization /tuning-work, supporting production in mold problems, process optimization of machines /molds.

You should hold a degree in engineering (Industrial or manufacturing or electronic or mechatronics engineer). Access 3D models and getting the dimensions, good experience in mold making and repairing, knowledge of the hot runner technology, team-player, structured approach, good comprehension, able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of CNC /CAM, CAD and MS-Office.
Excellent command of English language. The knowledge of Skopjan and/or German language is optional.
