Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as architect.
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) with Enterprise Service Bus, Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) and Business Process Management (BPM).
- Expertise in the Oracle ADF and Fusion Middleware is required.
- Experience in the Oracle Weblogic Server (11g), Oracle JDeveloper 11g and knowledge of the Oracle Database System is necessary.
- Good understanding on SOA Governance.
- Experience in information systems for the Health Insurance business is also a plus.
- University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid customer relationship management skills. Proven experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Very strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills.
- Team leading and coaching skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and/or any other language.
