Egnatia Aviation is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Be responsible for day-to-day content management of social media accounts.
• Assisting with the production of marketing material.
• Creating positive external awareness of the brand in our marketplace.
• Creating positive internal awareness of the brand for our people.
• Supporting the team in the delivery of the larger, high profile, cross service line events and campaign activity.
• Creating content for different media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging
content and optimize user experience.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements:
• Experience in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn ads)
• Solid knowledge of web and social media analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Meta Insights, CMS platform etc.)
• Ability to keep up with the latest developments, track trends and develop or seek innovative ideas.
• A flexible, multitasking, detail-oriented and positive professionalism.
• A degree in marketing, communication, mass media and/or business studies.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office 365 and Teams).
• Fluency in English Language both written and oral.
• Effective prioritisation whilst managing multiple projects at the same period.
• Experience in Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) is considered a plus.
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications are considered a plus.

• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and communicate with various levels of management.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
