Quality Assurance Manager (Bulgaria)

FMCG/ Food company with a strong international footprint, is seeking to recruit Quality Assurance Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Main Responsibilities:
• Leads the Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of the Factory
• Develops and implements a system for the process measurement and the quality control as well as identifies areas for improvement
• Responsible for:
- the overall quality control aspects of raw materials, semi-final and finished products
- the implementation of the quality programs in the whole facility
• Sets quality and hygiene practices and standards as directed by the top management and ensures compliance with the legal and company requirements
• Supervises employees engaged in performing a variety of quality related duties such as quality control and auditing

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology
- Master's Degree or any other further qualification in Food Technology or in manufacturing related studies will be considered as an asset
- Over 5 years of experience in similar position in food industry
- Bulgarian native speaker or professional user (oral and written communication) of Bulgarian language
- Good business writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good time management and delegation of responsibilities
- Very good computer skills (MS Office).
