A growing international company operating in the Energy Saving sector is looking for an experienced Secretary, to provide multilingual secretarial and administrative support to a team of executives. The position is based in Crema (Cremona).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a full range of secretarial, clerical, PA and administration support duties to include dealing with multilingual documents, generating reports, travel and diary management, drafting and formatting documents, organizing meetings, taking minutes and liaising with delegates
Qualifications:
- Educated to a minimum of A-level standard – certificates must be provided
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Flexibility on changing priorities on a daily basis.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Proven secretarial experience.
