We are seeking to recruit a number of highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associates to work in a multidisciplinary EPSRC Programme Grant team to develop new capability and identify new materials in energy, information processing and catalysis. You should have a PhD in chemistry, physics or materials science, a strong publication track record and a demonstrated commitment to excellence. Exceptional skills in experimental or computational materials discovery (e.g., in powder diffraction, electron microscopy, solid state synthesis, condensed matter measurement physics, structure prediction, thin film growth and characterisation or solid state electrochemistry) are essential. Expertise in more than one area would be advantageous. The posts are available until 31 December 2018.
