If you would like to study in Universities of Japan, Japan and pursue Full Time Research Program in Research related to Japan (comparative research included) in the Humanities and Social Sciences. you can avail Japan Foundation Japanese Studies Fellowship Program which is being offered by the Japan Foundation.

This is a Research Program Merit Based Scholarship and students are eligible from International Students to apply for the same. Only 124 out of 443 applications for FY 2015 will be awarded such awards are being offered and the deadline for application is 01 December 2015 (Applicants who hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency: 02 November 2015).
