The responsibilities of the Plant HR Manager will be the following:
Ensure that the factory is structured in an optimum way and staffed as per production and company requirements. Collaborate with the Factory Lead to optimize staffing and manage the employee life cycle, including hiring, transfers, warnings, terminations, and conflict resolution in line with local labor laws and company guidelines.
Oversee compensation and benefits processes, including payroll, reviews, local bonuses, and budgets. Develop and implement a local strategy aligned with company guidelines to attract and retain motivated staff.
Create yearly strategic plans and actively pursue the achievement of commitments and improvement initiatives in the realm of P&C.
Take a leading role in succession planning and talent management initiatives and conduct local talent reviews. Implement and conduct where necessary employee development activities and training programs.
Oversee tailored Learning and Development activities for Factory employees, contribute to company onboarding/offboarding, and promote a multinational culture with a consistent learning philosophy across all employee levels.
Advise on labor law, improve employee relations and communication, and actively participate in union negotiations alongside the Factory Lead to build trust and maintain close contact with individuals.
