As a trainee you will:
assist with the daily maintenance of HR systems used by the ECB, namely SAP (core HR modules such as personnel administration, time management and pensions), Avature (talent acquisition) and imc (learning and development);
contribute to solving technical issues and system bugs;
support end users with their day-to-day activities;
prepare and perform tests and document the test results for changes to be implemented in HR systems;
prepare and/or update systems training material;
carry out systems training sessions with end users working on specific tasks.
