A traineeship of 6 months within the Political Press and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Mongolia, starting in March 2024, subject to budget availability.
The selected person will support the work of the section on press, public diplomacy and organisation of events as well as assist on political, economic and human rights issues.
Main tasks:
Support the section in the organisation, preparation and implementation of EU communication, visibility and cultural activities, focusing on issues related to youth and propose activities
Draft texts, such as social media posts, press releases, memos, reports, etc.
Assist in the preparation of meetings and events with practical arrangements
Assist in the preparation of the weekly press review and the weekly political updates by monitoring daily incoming news and information
Contribute to administrative tasks as required, i.e. translations, preparation of letters, filing, reception of visitors, transportation requests etc.
Help the Head of Political, Press and Information Section as well as colleagues with other emerging tasks in their fields of responsibility.
