One of the UKs fastest growing recruitment businesses is looking to further strengthen its’ team with the appointment of an Accommodation Inspector within our Operations Division. The role is pivotal to the continued success and growth of the company and the successful candidates appointed to this role will contribute significantly to the overall performance and continued success of the business.
The role involves:
- Regularly inspecting Bespoke’s portfolio of property, ensuring required standards of cleanliness are being adhered to by the tenants and reporting any damages or maintenance issues to relevant landlord.
- Ensuring all issues identified above are dealt with satisfactorily.
- Liaising with and developing relationships with landlords.
- Visiting and checking proposed new properties to ensure suitability and required standards are acceptable.
- Planning furniture/bedding requirements for existing and proposed new properties, and delivering those requirements.
- Checking tenant lists and reporting any changes/leavers to Operations Manager.
- Ensuring complete and correct records are kept and maintained as required by the Operations Manager.
The person will be required to:
- Travel extensively throughout the UK
- Occasional overnight stays
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Have good relationship skills
- Understand this is NOT a 9-5 role
- Have a ‘can-do’ positive attitude
- Desire to grow with the business and be part of a successful team.
