As a trainee you will:
contribute to a wide range of operational records management and archival support tasks related to how information is created, processed, stored and preserved for future use, in a highly specialised environment;
contribute to functional support of the ECB's information management systems;
support the monitoring and reporting of information management practices, as well as the implementation of the ECB's retention policy for paper and digital records;
support the Division's innovative information and knowledge management projects;
contribute to the design and development of business configurations in the ECB's information management systems by performing business analysis, collecting requirements, testing and change-management activities;
support and maintain the ECB's information management policies and procedures and develop training material to raise awareness and guide staff on these topics.
