Job Description:
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be the organization, management, administration and coordination of the design and construction process until the project completion. Take on a pivotal role with the following key responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
Supervision of Construction Projects: Monitor and control project costs, generate weekly and monthly reports, oversee and control general contractor reports, coordinate fieldwork activities.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, civil engineers, and MEPF engineers, cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment to enhance project outcomes.
Schedule Oversight: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential delays, apply effective scheduling strategies to optimize project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards in all manufacturing phases, conduct daily inspections and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with specifications.
Qualifications:
• University Civil Engineering Diploma.
• Over 7 years of experience in Construction Management and Supervision of large-scale projects (cultural, residential, hospitality, office, retail, etc.).
• Proven experience in contract management, budgets, claims, etc.
• Experience in writing and monitoring time scheduling.
• Excellent knowledge of English (official language of the project).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Projects/Primavera.
• Driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills, initiative-taking ability, time management, multitasking, flexibility, efficiency, and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have but not Necessary):
• Certification or master’s degree in project/construction management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Familiarity with BIM programs (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management platforms (Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of the legislative framework for design and permitting (ΝΟΚ, Κτιριοδομικός, 4495/17, etc.).
