Responsibilities:
- Analysis and integration of SAP business processes
- Support & advice departments in the design and optimization of business processes
- Further development and optimization of SAP module (FI-CA or SD) and support the adjacent interfaces and edge systems
- Conception, design, implementation & optimization of departmental requirements.
- Customizing the SAP module as well as seamless integration of SAP standard processes in the relevant departments.
- Project responsibility for the development process (requirements analysis, solution development, follow-up of the solution).
- Ensuring ongoing operation incl. Monitoring of customer management processes and reduce the error options.
- Participation in implementation projects and software upgrades
- IT coordination of the processes of risk management and accounts receivable management (only for the position of Consultant SAP FI-CA)
- Configuration of collections processes in SAP Collections Management with the Business Rule Framework (only for the position of Consultant SAP FI-CA).

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or computer science
- Sound knowledge in SAP (FI-CA or SD).
- In-depth knowledge in the retail industry or in a solution with high-volume retail processes.
- Excellent skills in English and German (B2) language are mandatory.
- Fun with new themes and a structured, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
