Maintenace Manager in Qatar

Maintenace Manager based in Qatar.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure contract compliance
- Responsible for the safe implementation of the maintenance policy and practices
- PPM and breakdown repairs follow up, to the project’s systems and structures
- Upper management and client reporting
- Direct liaison with the Planning and FRC (Fault Report Center) teams
- Control of the maintenance budget
- Ensure supply chain performance management
- Project representative in client and company senior management meetings
- Warehouse high level management for his project
- Meeting Contract Performance Standards
- Financial savings without affecting the smooth operation of systems and project’s requirements
- Budget forecast and allocation according to criticality and special needs
- Day to day management of human resources and recruitment needs
- Decision making on design proposals for small projects
- Ensure valid collection of equipment performance data and drive maintenance policies and practices aiming to extend system/equipment life cycle time
- Collaborate with client to implement 5-10 year equipment replacement program
- Direct communication with company support departments (HR, Procurement, Finance, Commercial) to meet Project’s specific needs/requirements 24h on call availability

Requirements:
- BEng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Membership in TEE. Membership of IFMA or BIFM is an extra
- At least 8 years in Maintenance Management (buildings, infrastructures, industrial)
- 10-15 years of total engineering experience
- Proven Project Management skills
- Greek (fluent), English (excellent)
- MS Office expert, CMMS ideally
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate employees in establishing a clear work path
- Interpersonal effectiveness in order to influence people and communicate instructions /directions
- Focus on customer
- Be able to promote team spirit and cooperation
- Initiative, reliability, responsibility.
