Roles & Responsibilities

Advise and assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing various commercial transactions.
Provide strategic guidance on the legal implications of business decisions and transactions.
Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including negotiations, arbitrations, and litigation.
Conduct thorough legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft contracts.
Develop and implement tailored legal strategies and policies for diverse client needs.
Offer specialized legal advice in fields such as real estate, immigration law, maritime law, energy, intellectual property, technology, and data protection.
Perform other related legal tasks as assigned to support the firm's operations.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of corporate, commercial, and specialized laws.
Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
Excellent client service skills, with confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
