Training Course: "Connecting Cultures"

A non-formal, creative and interactive 7-day residential training approach to explore and develop new community-based intercultural activities. Participants will explore intercultural practice, define their needs, share experiences and inspire each other to develop intercultural strategies and actions for their work in the youth field.

Objectives:
To explore cultural diversity and identify the opportunities and challenges it presents.
To raise awareness and understanding about Intercultural work.
To share and discover different intercultural work practice in the youth sector.
To generate creative strategies of how and what youth workers in community contexts can do to promote best practices in intercultural work within the youth sector at a local and European level
To raise awareness on Erasmus+ as a resource to improve intercultural work in the youth sector
