As an R&D Engineer your main responsibilities are:
Design and develop analog and digital circuits for electrical products, emphasizing power electronics and high-voltage
Support new product creation from concept to production, ensuring compliance with standards
Design and integrate embedded systems for device control and monitoring
Create PCB layouts and conduct testing for reliability and EMC compliance
Work with cross-functional teams to debug, optimize, and refine prototypes
Stay updated on industry trends and research new technologies to enhance product performance
Conduct rigorous testing to confirm performance, reliability, and safety
Create technical documentation to document design decisions and compliance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
