MédecinsSans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. Today, MSF movement is built around 5 Operational Centers (OCs) supported by 19 sections and 24 associations, bound together as MSF International, based in Switzerland.

- Medical Doctor (National Staff)
Requirements:
- Education: Medical Doctor Diploma and licence to practice in Greece.
- Languages: Greek and English essential, French is an asset.
- Experience: 2 year experience minimum as a Medical Doctor or in clinical work (can be within medical training).
- Knowledge: Computer literacy essential
- Experience working with vulnerable populations and victims of violence is an asset
- Teamwork, intercultural sensitivity, flexibility are essential.
- Pharmacy Manager
Essential:
- Essential Pharmacy degree / Pharmacy management diploma. Desired Master level in Pharmacy
- Greek and English
- Essential two years’ experience in (hospital) pharmacy management, previous experience with MSF or other NGO’s is desirable.
- Director of Resources
Essential:
- MBA degree or equivalent.
- Significant experience (min 7 years) in a managerial position, of which minimum 3 years of management experience at a strategic level.
- Financial management skills (awareness of budgetary control and financial planning) and demonstrated HR management skills.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (oral and written).
- Availability to travel.
- Full adherence and commitment to the principles, values and goals of MSF.
- Strategic vision and analytical thinking.
- Orientation to results.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capacity (strong team-leading and team-working skills).
- Strong people-management skills.
- Communication/advocacy skills.
- Excellent in diplomacy, public relations and networking.
