During the training, you will learn more about the YEBEC Methodology, a methodology developed by experts in the fields of non-formal training, experiential learning and sustainability for the purpose of using outdoor settings to create diverse and fun learning experiences for youth!

Through practical learning sessions and hands-on experiential learning, you will also:
Hone your facilitation skills, allowing you to transfer the methodology into your own work, creating fun and engaging workshops and learning experiences.
Gain experience working with young people from all ages, understanding their needs and interests.
Design and prepare to implement your own activity in your country, with the support of our trainers.
