As a trainee you will:
contribute to a wide range of operational records management and archival support tasks related to the creation, processing, storage and preservation of information in a highly specialised environment;
help provide functional support for the ECB's information management systems;
contribute to the monitoring of and reporting on information management practices, as well as the implementation of the ECB's retention policy for paper and digital records;
contribute to the Division's innovative information and knowledge management projects;
contribute to the design and development of business configurations in the ECB's information management systems by performing business analysis, collecting requirements, testing and carrying out change management activities;
support and maintain the ECB's information management policies and procedures and develop training material to raise awareness and guide staff on these topics.
