The UNICEF Internship Programme provides students with practical experience in UNICEF's work. UNICEF is active in three main areas: Programme and Policy, External Relations, and Operations. Read more about these areas here.
Eligibility
To qualify for an internship, applicants must:
Be enrolled in or have recently graduated from an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD programme within the past two years.
Be minimum 18 years old.
Be proficient in at least one of UNICEF's working languages: English, French or Spanish.
Demonstrate excellent academic performance and have no immediate relatives working at UNICEF.
Additional consideration will be given to any past professional experience.
Allowance
Trainees receive a monthly allowance.
