Machining Supervisor (Drama)

As a Machining Supervisor your main responsibilities are:

Overseeing Team Leaders and machine operators in the machine shop, ensuring product components are manufactured according to design specifications
Managing the department’s workload and scheduling while serving as a technical advisor to Team Leaders
Collaborating with supervisors from other departments to address production flow challenges
Assessing the performance of team members and providing feedback for improvement
Conducting time and cost analysis to optimize efficiency
Ensuring all necessary documentation, including production drawings, BOMs, and work orders, is accurate and properly understood
Identifying and addressing equipment requirements
Resolving in-process production issues to maintain workflow continuity
Overseeing maintenance of machine tools and providing technical guidance
Training new hires
