Store Manager at Eclectia Hydra

Eclectia Hydra a womenswear boutique on the island of Hydra is looking for a Store Manager for the summer season of 2025 (April to October) to manage the
operation and sales of the store, as well as the store’s Instagram account.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence with a customer-centric attitude.

• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French will be appreciated.
• Retail sales experience and lead/supervisory experience are desirable.
• Styling experience, creativity, and interest in fashion.
• Ease with social media administration.
• Collaborative with a positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
