Paleros Bay is seekihg for a motivated Project Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from start up until completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and detail, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, coworking engineers, consultants, and internal teams. In office position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural construction projects.
• Prepare design and construction documents, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design or technical issues that arise.
• Every day collaboration with the supervising civil engineers.
• Guide the client through choices and selections, by conducting design and material suggestions along with the relevant offers.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices to incorporate into designs.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant architectural firm.
• Fluent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, excel.
• Knowledge and sense of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written).

Considered plus qualifications:
• Fluent in Graphisoft Archicad
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, as long as experience in building permits.
• Experience in concept design.
