Time resolved optical spectroscopy of semiconductor nanostructures. The candidate will apply a range of optical characterization techniques including micro-photoluminescence, time-resolved photoluminescence, and time-correlated single photon spectroscopy, on several types of semiconductor nanostructures of interest to the project, such as quantum dots, nanowires and monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides.
Required qualifications
- Master of Science in Physics/Materials Science/Electrical Engineering
- PhD in Physics/Materials Science
- Experience in micro-photoluminescence and time-resolved spectroscopy of Semiconductor Nanostructures
- Publications related to the Job Description
