Qualifications and experience:
Essential:
- Relevant financial qualification - fully qualified, preferably ACA or CIMA
- Worked at a similar level in an NGO
- Line management of staff
- Demonstrable ability to adapt to challenging working environments within a developing country context
- Demonstrated experience in identifying issues in financial management, applying sustainable solutions, and achieving results
- Proven experience in training and capacity building of staff and teams, including coaching and mentoring staff
- Knowledge and use of financial software packages

2. Advocacy Manager (Lesvos).
Qualifications and experience:
Essential:
- Prior management experience working in an emergency response contexts or fragile states
- Significant prior experience working in advocacy on humanitarian issues, child rights, human rights, or development issues, notably related to children on the move;
- Knowledge of the European asylum and migration procedures and systems;
- Experience of influencing and advocacy work including lobbying, policy development and information provision in humanitarian issues;
- Excellent skills in advocating towards government officials in developing countries
- Experience of and strong skills in developing and implementing humanitarian advocacy strategies
- Good attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of child rights and international humanitarian law
- Understanding of UN and donor operations at country level
- High level analytical and strategic thinking skills

3. Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergency (IYCF) Manager (Kilkis)
Qualifications and experience:
Essential:
- Health / Public Health / Nutrition / BSc or equivalent
- Qualified doctor, nurse, midwife or nutritionist with strong primary health care / community health care experience;
- Demonstrable commitment to promoting and supporting optimal breastfeeding and complementary feeding;
- Demonstrable management experience, including budget holding responsibility;
- Experience of designing and implementation programs (ideally nutrition-related), including monitoring and evaluation;
- Experience in conducting assessments and an understanding of nutritional data and information systems;
- Proven capacity to supervise, train and coach staff;
- Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions;
- Prepared to live and work in an uncertain security environment;
- Ability and willingness to frequently travel and stay at the field;
- Demonstrable ability at report writing and excellent communication skills;
