Two (2) PhD Positions in Project LiNaBioFluid, Institute of Electronic Structure & Laser (IESL)

The Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser (IESL) of the Foundation for research and Technology Hellas (FORTH), in the frame of the project LiNaBioFluid, (Call: H2020-FETOPEN-2014-2015RIA, Proposal number: 665337) funded under H2020-E.U.1.2.1., is seeking to recruit two (2) PhD students.

Position 1
Laser ablation and diagnostics of polymers

Position 2
Fabrication of artificial surfaces for microfluidic applications.

Required qualifications (for both positions)
- Degree in Science Physics
- Master Degree in relevant field as above
- Papers in scientific journals etc

Additional desirable qualifications (for both positions)
- Participation in established international conferences, proceedings, etc
- Good knowledge of the English language
