The Corpus Liberatum Linguae Graecae (CLLG) aims to make Ancient Greek corpora more accessible and improve text recognition methods that convert images into XML. The CLLG will develop a digitisation workflow designed to produce an open, reusable, high-quality, and interoperable corpus. The project focuses particularly on the automatic generation of structured documents in Ancient Greek, adhering to the practices of Greek philology.
It is opening a position for a Data Librarian, whose primary tasks will include managing the project’s digitisation priorities, overseeing digitisation processes, creating an inventory of open corpora, and producing/reviewing documents generated by our XML TEI workflow.
