Administrative Associate to the Office of Institutional Advancement. Part - Time Position January 1 to June 30, 2016 with Renewal.
Job Description: Anatolia College is seeking a versatile administrative professional to become a contributing member of its operations maintaining a relevant gift database and all related administrative functions, including working closely with the Accounting and Financial Services Department. This person will report to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares relevant tax filings for donations
- Prepares gift receipts
- Reconciles gift data base with accounting records
- Manages accounting records of our non-profit Associations
- Records and follows up pledges and gifts
- Monitors accounting funds according to restriction
- Provides information to the CFO’s office for funds’ utilization
Qualifications and Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in both Greek and English
- Solid foundation in the principles of Accounting
- Database Management
- Minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in accounting or financial environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong skills with all MS Office Suite
- BA degree in relevant field would be considered an advantage
