Main Responsibilities:
Communicate and negotiate with borrowers in order to effectively manage overdue loans
Cooperate with stakeholders for successful implementation and target achievement
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Degree from higher education institution, preferred specialization in Economics or Finance
Experience in NPL management, customer service or sales will be highly appreciated
Ability to achieve goals within specific deadlines
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of English and MS Office.
