4-7/4/2016- 1st European Peace Summit (Budapest, Hungary)

The 1st European Peace Summit is organized in the frames of Peace Revolution, from World Peace Initiative Foundation. Peace Revolution is a free online self-development project aiming to promote a culture of peace through the practice of mindfulness and meditation.

This summit aims to provide a unique opportunity for youth organizations from Europe to connect with each other, to learn how to be mindful and conscious at professional and personal levels, and to discover their inner potential, talents and capabilities from a different perspective, addressing both individual and organizational development. The program of the summit will focus on both Individual and Organizational Development and will treat topics such as Health Benefits of Meditation, the Art of Conversation, Conscious Leadership and Supportive Work Environment.

Eligibility:
In order to be considered eligible to apply, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

- Young European leaders who are preferably between 28 and 35 years old
- Ability to speak and understand English
- In charge of youth European organizations of the following countries: EU countries and Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine.

Costs:
Participation fee is EUR 50 and it includes accommodation and meals. Participants are expected to cover their traveling expenses and visa costs. Exceptions can be made depending on the individual situation.
