Industrial Safety Consultant

About the Role
The company is currently seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
to join our growing team as an Industrial Safety Consultant. In this role,
you will conduct safety assessments, develop risk mitigation strategies, and
support organizations in enhancing their industrial safety performance in
line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site visits for inspections, data collection, and technical
evaluations.
• Conduct industrial safety assessments and audits and propose risk
mitigation measures and corrective actions
• Work as part of the consulting team, supporting projects focused on
improving industrial safety performance across diverse industries
• Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams on large-scale or multidisciplinary
projects.
• Prepare proposals and maintain accurate project and client records in CRM
system (Soft1).
• Stay updated on applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• MEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in Greek and English
• Organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to “Safety Culture”
