Ergonomia S.A. is seeking motivated and qualified Safety Officers / Consultants to join the team in Central Greece/Thessaly region and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices. The ideal candidate will support the clients by offering expert guidance on workplace safety and ensuring compliance with Greek legislation (Law 5239/2025).

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultation on Occupational Health & Safety
• Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive measures to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards
• Investigate workplace accidents, determine root causes, and suggest corrective actions
• Contribute to training sessions and raise awareness on occupational risk prevention

Qualifications:
• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Knowledge and application of Greek OHS legislation
• Prior experience in occupational safety roles is an asset

Skillset:
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills in Greek (and English preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
