Aalto University, School of Electrical Engineering, Department of Micro and Nanosciences invites applications for
Doctoral Candidate positions in projects related to development of integrated electronic circuits
Research Group
Electronic Circuit Design Unit of Department of Micro and Nano Sciences, is a leading research laboratory in the field of integrated circuit design in Finland and is recognized as one of the best in Europe. The research of analog, RF and digital integrated circuits has been carried out at the Electronic Circuit Design Unit since late 80’s. The Electronic Circuit Design Group of the department has two professors (Jussi Ryynänen, Kari Halonen), three post-doctoral senior researchers, and about 20 doctoral students.
The researchers of the laboratory have received several awards in highly recognized international conferences.
