1. Cultural Mediator (Farsi) - (Athens)
Essential:
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in Arabic.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Understanding and sensitive to the needs of people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, including a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Able to be flexible and deal with emotional stress, and to seek support when needed.
- Quick to respond to queries and referrals as and when needed and able to manage a varying workload.
- Computer literate (i.e. WORD, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer).
- Cultural awareness and ability to build relationships quickly with a wide variety of people.
- Patient, adaptable, flexible, able to improvise and remain responsive and communicate clearly and effectively under pressure.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills, with the ability to organise a workload comprised of varying and changing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in English, with experience in working in multicultural teams.

- At least 3 years of experience in Education/ Pedagogy (formal or non-formal), Pre-school, After-School and/or Psychosocial support for young children and/or adolescents.
- Experience in working with migrant/refugee children.
- Ability to carry-out activities for children on the move in transit.
- Ability to engage with children/ adolescents from different cultural backgrounds.
- Good communication skills, team player, and flexibility.
- Capacity to work in difficult, stressful and intensive contexts.
- Good knowledge of children’s/adolescent’s rights and related matters.
- Good oral and verbal communications skills.
- Knowledge of English and Arabic/Farsi will be an asset.
4. Child Friendly Space Animator - (Athens)
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
