The main aim of this Training Course is to promote new inclusion projects with higher quality and new cooperation networks.
Training course for Youth workers and educators, in the field of International Programs of EU, mainly addressed to organizations that work with youngsters with fewer opportunities (rural areas, disabled, dropouts from school, economical difficulties.)
FRAME OF THE PROJECT:
- Empowering and promoting the inclusion and active citizenship of Young people with fewer opportunities in the field of international youth work, based on Erasmus+.
- The use of non-formal education to promote the values of the European Union and the Erasmus+ Programme.
- Fostering intercultural dialogue and appreciation of diversity.
- The cooperation between organizations working on social inclusion in the European youth field.
OBJECTIVES:
- Creation of a meeting and debate space to exchange working methodologies and working tools dealing with the inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities.
- Promotion of inclusion projects carried out in the frame of the Erasmus +: YiA Programme.
- Promotion the cooperation and creation links between the participants to implement inclusion projects. Partnership building.
- Form in different techniques of International dynamization and team building, mainly oriented on Social inclusion.
- To develop european and intercultural dimension in the youth projects.
- Conflict solving.
- Planning of International projects. Project financing.
Priority will be given to people who:
-Carry out their professional/voluntary activity with youth in risk of exclusion.
-Have carried out an inclusion project for young people in the frame of the E+ programme or are willing to participate in the programme in the future with an inclusion project.
-Have “multiplying” capacity.
PARTICIPANTS: Youth workers, Responsible of NGO’s, Youth Associations, Youth leaders, Youth animators and Educators, who are interested in approaching the International youth activity and who works with young people with few opportunities and have carried out inclusion projects or are willing to do so.
